By actually attending to maintenance requests, and not screwing over residents
I can attest to another review that stated you will not get your security deposit back. I scarcely got even a tenth of mine returned, for many bogus charges that in most other places would be illegal to deduct from a security deposit, such as five different charges that amount to "cleaning." I suspect that, like the other reviewer speculated, they just use your money to pay for anything to improve the unit with for future tenants (again, usually illegal in most places, though it sounds like the West Lafayette area is deliber... read more

When you move out, they can find every reason to charge you. I have never used their oven, but they charge me for the cleaning fee! In addition, you pay 12 months to live for 11 months. Be aware
This is a phenomenal place to live. I lived at Crestview IV the past two years and could not have been happier. Yes, the apartments are older, but they are reasonably priced and well-maintained. The management team is prompt and helpful with anything you may need. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly as well.
