I had a very disappointing experience at Palace Nails. The services are expensive, but unfortunately, the customer service did not match the prices. I came in excited to get a manicure, pedicure, and my eyebrows done. However, I ended up leaving after only getting my manicure because the way I was treated made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I’ve been coming here for five years, and I travel constantly for work, which means I’ve been to nail salons all over the U.S. Out of all of them, this is the one I trust every time, the techs are wonderful, kind, and skilled, and whatever I ask for, they nail it. My favorite is Alina 💕💗🫶🏼

Just had my mani and pedi with Alina and she is just wonderful. I made a change during my pedicure and she accommodated me and it put her a few minutes behind and then some crazy lady flipped out because she was about eight minutes late to start her appointment. I just wanna say Alina is always on point like a decimal. She is very good at what she does, works hard.
