Well, my first review was removed, and not by me so we will try this again. My grandfather received the worst care I had ever witnessed during his stay there, and as a health care professional, I’ve seen a lot. Don’t put your loved ones there.

I have been an STNA for 15 years and of all nursing facilities I have worked, Crestview is hands down my favorite. We are all a team here and show great team work, which is a must! Also the rehab facility is amazing!

My mother was a resident here in Crestview Nursing and Rehab on and off for months. I can not say enough good about the facility and the care she received. From the nursing staff, to the kitchen staff, to the administrative staff and to management, all kind, considerate and compassionate. They all went above and beyond EVERY day. They treated my mother, and us, like their own family. And when Mom passed away, they all mourned her death with us. Again, excellent, loving care from all.
I am a stna here and I love my residents and all my coworkers it is truly like a big family they treat everyone that comes here to live or visit like family. I recommend working and putting your loved ones her.
