My partner lived here for 6 years. - The property manager and maintenance workers do the bare minimum. - Nearly impossible to get ahold of the property manager (which is the only contact person). Terrible Roaches Everywhere and Mice eating through the wall people upstairs are always fighting at 3 in the morning maintenance people are lazy they don’t have people come spray for roaches and mice like they claim
Cons: Roaches everywhere. Heat doesn't work. Hallways stink like bad body odor. Pros: decent sized living room and bedrooms, cheap rent
