Crestview is an awesome property, maintenance staff is always quick to respond to any issues that arise. Avenue Living is making significant upgrades to the building as well which is upgrading the overall look of the property!
I've been living in apartments owned by Avenue Living since 1and half years . Whenever we have any maintenance issues, Juan Ortega is always there to fix the problems. So I've never had any issues there. The building is very quiet and clean, I frequently see staff cleaning the hallways too. Overall a great experience!!
Super disgusting here. Cockroaches galore! Nobody did anything about it either when they were notified of it, doesn't matter how clean you keep your unit, somewhere else is contaminated. Smells dirty in there and lots of sketchy people live in this building behind mcdonalds, there were cops being called several times a month. They could be nice units if the bug problem was taken care of, roaches literally were crawling out from underneath the toliet where it wasn't sealed properly.
