I've lived in the building for a year now and the whole experience I had with Juan for viewing and completing the leasing agreements was easy and painless. Any issues I've had with the unit (tap leaking, broken window and pest inspection) the service was completed in a timely manner and everyone was super friendly. Even though I give the property and team a 5 star review, some other tenants can be irritating.
