Genevieve was amazing. She is very thorough in explaining both of the apartments availability and the differences between the two complexes. You can definitely tell her expertise in property management and is invaluable to her management company!! Unfortunately, I chose to go somewhere else to be closer to my grandchildren, but will always keep her in mind and refer this management company because of her.
A good starter apartment. Although, the A building washer and dryers NEVER and I mean literally never worked the entire 13 months that I lived there and they had the nerve to raise the prices on them. I could hear my neighbor sneeze, talk on the phone, her loud tv, and classical music playing on volume 100 ALL DAY LONG, but she yelled at me through the walls telling me to shut up when i was on the phone. Nice when I first moved in, but management refuses to take care of rodents in the walls and ceiling that my neighbor and I have been telling her about for over a year, which has led to mice in my apartment and of course now blaming it on my SPARE bedroom where I keep all my holiday decor, grandsons toys, Christmas Supplies for Crafting (clutter) and I'm disabled and just had 2 total hip replacements since May of last year, and she has now told me that she would let me out of my lease free and clear!! oh and to clear the clu... read more
Don't do it!!!! 1 out of 3 dryers in the laundry work. So get to pay top dollar to dry your clothes. You are never really alone with whatever it is crawling in the walls and you can hear your neighbor's like you are sitting at the dinner table with them. Also, although there is a no smoking policy you can always be sure that your apartment will smell like marijuana and cigarettes when you get home. Fenton is beautiful and there are much better options.
Genevieve is a wonderful property manager and the new maintenance man Rod is very doing an amazing job! Can not wait forthe sparkling pool to open
