Dont fall for what these apartments and the parent company says. First, these apartments are unsafe due to old electrical wiring, where they need new breakers, but won't do it. Second, they go through managers and maintenance like its candy. Third, when you go to leave, especially if you break your lease early, they make you pay the rents for the two months, plus two months extra. Fourth, when they do the final, they try to charge for everything to take your deposit and even possibly owe. Fifth, when it comes to your deposit... read more

I enjoy living in Crestview Estates! It's quiet and Genevieve, property manager, is very helpful and friendly. I have a very anxious dog that the whole community has been very kind and patient with him!!! Great place to live!!

These apartments are rediculious, in so many ways. They charge insane amount for deposit, then when there's maintenance issues, they get denied or take forever to do them. To move out early if you break your lease, it's four times the rent to break it. Twice the rent for the fee and two months rent. Plus, for the maintenance they should have... read more

I loved living at Colonial apartments, which are owned by Crestview Estates. Lorraine Moller was an amazing property manager. She is caring and thoughtful of her tenants. Goes out of her way to make tenants happy. Only issue I ever had was the boiler went out a few times in the winter but they provided a large heater immediately. The apartment was updated and beautiful. We left it the way we found it and got our security deposit back. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

I have lived in this complex for the last three years and am on my third building manager, Robin, who has really turned this place around. Robin is truly a blessing to our little community! She is attentive, kind, and understanding. She has done more for this complex in the short time she has been the manager than I have seen done since I moved in. She is the only manager I have had that returns phone calls and emails, and actually knows us tenants all by name. She cares about the job and cares for all of us living here as ... read more
