I enjoy living in Crestview Estates! It's quiet and Genevieve, property manager, is very helpful and friendly. I have a very anxious dog that the whole community has been very kind and patient with him!!! Great place to live!!
These apartments are rediculious, in so many ways. They charge insane amount for deposit, then when there's maintenance issues, they get denied or take forever to do them. To move out early if you break your lease, it's four times the rent to break it. Twice the rent for the fee and two months rent. Then if there's maintenance issues that aren't addressed before moving out, regardless if you left the apartment in a good state, they hit you for all the repairs they see and then some. I loved living at Colonial apartments, which are owned by Crestview Estates. Lorraine Moller was an amazing property manager. She is caring and thoughtful of her tenants. Goes out of her way to make tenants happy. Only issue I ever had was the boiler went out a few times in the winter but they provided a large heater immediately. The apartment was updated and beautiful. We left it the way we found it and got our security deposit back. I would recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
Apartment and neighbors nice. Maintenance when we left was great and did what he could within his means. The manager, Michelle, different story. Had no air or heat for nearly a month and Michelle was unconcerned, didn't return call's and was very seldom on site. We left with with one month's notice which was more than deserved.
