So my wife Adrianna samuels was correct in her statements this guy is a fraud. Collected last check saying he needed it to pay the guys to finish the work.. anyone wants to see his work before they hire this company I will be more than happy to send picture if you dm me I still have an unfinished room took 6 months to have a 12 x20 ceiling replaced and came 8 times In six months ..as to the contractor who built our kitchen took. Really sad to say that I gave a final payment (because he needed to pay his guys) and the work was not completed and tons of garbage was left at my house. I was patient and he kept saying he would be back to finish the job and over a year now and he just ghosted me. I fed his team daily and treated them all like family..While they left electrical sockets open, walls and trim unfinished and then some..Im truly disappointed and hope this message reaches people to tell them to NEVER give the last payment until work is COMPLETED... read more
I received an estimate for 16 window replacements. I gave Chris $1700. Deposit in October of 2021. As of today August 12, 2022 I have no windows nor is he responding to my phone calls. I know Chris for a very long time and he was always honest and did a great job but this is unacceptable. I can no longer a recommendation.
Started job 11/21 that was contracted to start in 9/21 that he was mostly paid for. Even paid for a change order he never did. Excuse after excuse about why work wasn’t being done. Lied about work that was never done. Has our money and left the outside of our home a disaster. Can’t use any decks (no railings)and siding only 20% done. It is now June 2022. He acknowledged he owes us money but no longer responds about refunding anything to us.
