I would never recommend this place to anyone not even to my worst enemy. The quality of care they give is next to zero. Upper management do not really care about the residents they only want a warm body in a bed. The nursing staff are incompetent and half of the aides are only there for a paycheck. They will tell you they check your loved ones every two hours but don't believe them at all
Terrible terrible no communication my grandma hasn’t even been here a week and has already fallen twice and broke her ankle smh and this staff can’t tell me what happen
first night there for my father....I agree the place is nice it has great amenities...but it is 11:30 at night and they have not finished checking him in and getting him his night meds. Let's hope the rest of his stay goes smoother....
Food, nursing staff and aids are pretty good. If you have any concerns, the nurses and aids are quick to address the issue and rectify if necessary. However, administration is very inefficient and unprofessional.
