Customer service here is not a top priority. First time Cadillac owner and thus far just not happy with level of service I’ve received. First and last Cadillac from this place! How can you schedule a service appointment only to arrive 10mins early and 1 hr before they close for them to say all their techs are leaving for the day not acceptable

This dealership is absolutely horrible they wouldn't even take care of any warranty issues on my Cadillac because I didn't buy it there I have never heard of any crap like this took it to the dealership down the road more than happy to help me do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership give Sierra Buick GMC instead of them
