I can't speak to the sales experience, as I didn’t purchase my car from this dealership. However, the service department has been the worst I’ve ever dealt with. The first time I brought my car in, they assured me the issue was resolved—but over the weekend, the same problem returned. Purchased my car here — James assisted me. Service was incredible, he has excellent product knowledge, and clear communication throughout. He made the entire process seamless. Compliments to management as well for running a dealership where everything feels well-organized and customer-focused
Wow very rude and unprofessional, came here to look for a family suv and the the General manager was just very rude and thought he would just have me signed any deal , went over the numbers and they were trying to charge me 20k over sticker ,over fees and destination charge which completely didn't add up plus on top of that it was super hot in there and went I mentioned it to the GM and mentioned nothing we can really do about it and walked away. Very rude and disrespectful dealer , General Manager came up to me and my family in a very rude way which made us leave. We were ready to make the full purchase without financing on a very expensive high retail vehicle over 180k and pretty much put a stop to it because there was a few other people on stand by that wanted to pay a higher mark up than us.
