He was very friendly and welcoming. I can't speak to the sales experience, as I didn’t purchase my car from this dealership. However, the service department has been the worst I’ve ever dealt with. The first time I brought my car in, they assured me the issue was resolved—but over the weekend, the same problem returned. I brought it back again, only to be told they couldn’t replicate the issue and that I should record a video if it happened again. Sure enough, it happened on the way home, and I captured it on video.
