I love our Crestview at Cordova apartment. Just wish we had lucked up and got one with the inside laundry washer and dryer units hookups. But other than that it is a very plain, simple, and cute little apparent that will work and do for us!! We also love the management all around the grounds! It's a sad day when stuff is getting stolen. I'm came back from my honeymoon less than a week ago and went and did laundry and all my honeymoon and wedding stuff was stolen. I definitely feel like something needs to be done. Still not feeling like the situation is being handled
I really like the place and the neighbors are friendly. The few things that I don't like about it is people do not pick up after their dogs, there is limited parking, and there are no resident parties. The office staff are very courteous and friendly, the maintenance staff are very helpful and professional and the location is near everything.
The apartment itself is nice. But parking is a joke. Had to park on the other side of the complex several times because visitors not parking where they are supposed to, and management not enforcing it.
