My Grandmother is at Crestview and I just have to say how wonderful this facility has been for her. The staff and the caregivers are so wonderful and patient . They really do care alot about the people that live here. Communication is amazing. Nancy Rick and Debbie are awesome at the main office and the caregivers Sarah and Jaucia(not sure of the spelling) at the maples are so special to me. The truly love and take care of her like I would..its a comforting feeling to know she's loved and cared for. Thank you to everyone.
I have had the privilege of working at Crestview Assisted Living at the Care Director for over a year now and I have loved caring for each resident with compassion, attentiveness and the highest standards of care. At Crestview we work long hours but finish our days with a sense that we have done all we can to ensure our residents safety, happiness, physical and emotional well being. The owner, Rick, orders groceries on behalf of his tenants and he is notorious among most delivery drivers for never tipping a penny, even on large deliveries, and complaining about "incomplete orders." Suffice to say, there's a reason he's having more and more difficulty having his deliveries fulfilled. I love it. No tip, no trip, Rick.
Yesterday I called the main number because I was very concerned with my fathers sugar level. 600!!!! (competent healthcare workers would RUN to this A1C.) Much to my suprise, she ( I forgot her name intentionally) was not very polite, offered ZERO acknowledgement or apology for my handicapped father being SICK and NEGLECTED.
