Best apt ever for newly singles peoples
Very shady that they dont even give 24 hour notice to enter your apartment. two days ago came home from work and had a paper on the door saying today they would be coming in between 10am and noon. They say it's for pest control, but the one time I was here and the rottler guy was with the maintenance guy, he barely sprayed anything.. he walked in, they looked around and then left. they use this excuse to get into people's apartment. We rent a one bedroom lower level apartment and have been here for 9 months. Although an older complex, the unit itself is fine. Management is top notch and quick when I have had small issues. We are commuters and love the location to Historic District and Katy Trail. It is unbelievably quiet here and the wildlife out our back door is fun to watch. The laundry room is down a flight of stairs (there is an elevator) and it is sufficient for occasional needs. Overall they take good care of the property.
The location and price can't be beat. I can walk to my work at Ameristar. Main street and the streets of St. Charles are so close. This is my 1st apartment and the ladies in the office made applying so easy. They answered my million questions and were so helpful. After checking out other places in the area this one is by far the best choice. Only thing it's missing is a pool!
