I lived there for about eight years. Used to be satisfying, but now it's okay. Pros: 1. Location: Walkable to Purdue, Wabash Landing (Panera Bread, Starbucks, other restaurants), and Target. Parking is outdoor, but there is plenty of space. 2. Rent: Pretty reasonable. 3: The maintenance team: They did a good job. I especially liked them during the first 3–4 years. Cons: 1. Service is bad , they take most of the security deposit we you leave, washer and dryer are always out of service .
Worst Leasing management I ever dealt with. They will charge you for renovating the apartment after you leave. (they will take it from your security deposit) When I moved-in they did made me sign on a paper that I will take the apartment as is because the old tenant did not move out on time. (then they charged me for everything they needed to fix and renovate for the past three years). Really bad experience, not recommended at all.
They take a big portion from your security deposit for stuff you did not damage or made dirty.
