My roommate and I were in Crestview II, which is a very different experience than Crestview North. We had our own W/D and never needed to call maintenance the entire time we stayed. The thermostat is a modern touchscreen. They always shoveled and cleaned shared entryways super promptly. The bathroom was cleaner than Alight’s (which is a newer building). Such a greedy "family business". I hope for generational shame to these people. The sad reality is that they will never go out of business because housing will never run out of business at Purdue. The dryers have been broken for so long, and Crestview doesn't care and never attempted to fix them. At this point, I am infuriated because none of the dryers in my floor work. The coin inserts are broken too. The machines in the other floors are also rusted and are always nasty. The laundry machines are also extremely old, and the... read more
