Such a greedy "family business". I hope for generational shame to these people. The sad reality is that they will never go out of business because housing will never run out of business at Purdue. The dryers have been broken for so long, and Crestview doesn't care and never attempted to fix them. At this point, I am infuriated because none of the dryers in my floor work. Terrible apartment. First of all good luck cooking food. Stove and oven is older than me. I used the oven once to cook chicken and black particles started to fall on top of the chicken from the oven. Then smoke proceed to follow that. Basically making my chicken not edible. Also if you use the oven half the stove top won’t even heat up. That’s only for food, good luck with the AC unit. I lived there for about eight years. Used to be satisfying, but now it's okay. Pros: 1. Location: Walkable to Purdue, Wabash Landing (Panera Bread, Starbucks, other restaurants), and Target. Parking is outdoor, but there is plenty of space. 2. Rent: Pretty reasonable. 3: The maintenance team: They did a good job. I especially liked them during the first 3–4 years. Cons: 1. Service is bad , they take most of the security deposit we you leave, washer and dryer are always out of service .
Worst Leasing management I ever dealt with. They will charge you for renovating the apartment after you leave. (they will take it from your security deposit) When I moved-in they did made me sign on a paper that I will take the apartment as is because the old tenant did not move out on time. (then they charged me for everything they needed to fix and renovate for the past three years). Really bad experience, not recommended at all.
