I gave this place a good review years ago when I lived there. The apts are decent. However, the new manager was never available. You only seen his mother once a month to collect rent. If you have any questions when the mother comes to collect rent, you are directed back to her son, whom is rarely seen on the property. He's not a approachable man, always is upset with something or someone. If you need anything fixed, he will tell YOU what to get to fix it. I was Always on egg shells when he was around. Daniel, the owner, is an awesome guy. He really takes care of my mother (Faye Dotson), who lives at the apartments. The apartments are big and spacious. They are nice apartments, and he keeps everything nice. Any issues are fixed and taken care of. Thank you.

These apartments are a gem! tucked just 2 roads back from the courthouse, sitting nice, clean and maintained beautifully. I've always loved them growing up across the street.. hoping to be in one soon! The owners are kind and thoughtful it's why they are respected. #Crestview #smalltownvibes #cozyandhomey

After looking at several apartments for seniors, I rented this one. It's more spacious than most and has it's own back deck for privacy. It's a older apartment but has been well kept. The property manager is always kind and always responds back to tenants in a timely manner. I give it five stars for those reasons
