I lived here for more than 10 years. What I liked most about being here is the prompt response and repairs completed by the maintenance guy Daniel. He’s responsible for everything and does a great job with the repairs my apartment needed and kept me informed of how long it would take. He’s truly a person of his word and the best and most helpful person at the Heights of Signal Hill.

I just want to give a shoutout to the manager Debra, she just recently step up into the role of being manger and has been amazing. She tends to issues and concerns i have in a timely manner. Also my daughter adores Debra and she makes my lil one comfortable and would always want to go get snacks from the office all the time.

Will always remember The Heights! Enjoyed the management team always being proactive with requests, improving the facility, and also the staff. It was a great experience for the two full years we’ve lived here. I hope future residents enjoy the walks up the hill top if they have pets! Thank you Carina you the best !

I have lived here going on 10 years! Let me just say this, it’s a great environment for the children, You feel safe, it’s quiet, it’s close to schools, easy access to the fwy, if there any type of problem in the unit and you report it, it’s handled right away, management staff is friendly, close to shopping, close to Costco, eating in or take out, it’s your all around spot to live it! My buddy lives at this property and he had a leak in his unit. He is out of town so I was apt sitting and discovered the leak. I let my buddy know and he called the office and reported it. Carina the office manager sent Daniel and he had the issue fixed within a few hours. I was very impressed with how quick the service was and Daniel was very detailed and professional. It's like nothing even happened.
