I enjoy living here at The Heights at Signal Hill. I have been living in this tranquil community for 3 years now. I like how I have my own carport, and there is ample parking on the street if I have family or friends over. What also makes living here great is our community director Leah Atkins and Daniel from the maintenance team. Leah and Daniel always work on and complete my maintenance requests in a quick time frame. They are always friendly and helpful whenever I stop by the office. I lived here for more than 10 years. What I liked most about being here is the prompt response and repairs completed by the maintenance guy Daniel. He’s responsible for everything and does a great job with the repairs my apartment needed and kept me informed of how long it would take. He’s truly a person of his word and the best and most helpful person at the Heights of Signal Hill.
I just want to give a shoutout to the manager Debra, she just recently step up into the role of being manger and has been amazing. She tends to issues and concerns i have in a timely manner. Also my daughter adores Debra and she makes my lil one comfortable and would always want to go get snacks from the office all the time.
