Stacey is the worst apartment manager I have ever had. She is so cranky and has nothing better to do that complain about the dumbest things. Ever since I called her out on breaking rules in the past, she has retaliated by being rude ever since. She glares at me every time she sees me, she enforces things with my unit more than any other unit, such as towing a visitors car, but when tenants park there, she doesn’t tow them, even when they’ve had those same vehicles registered with the office in the past. this apartment complex is so insidious in the way they operate charging you for every little thing. on top of that they pay a snitch inside the apartments to spy on you and report your families for every little thing. I’d think twice before living here. the management are money hungry and are predatory especially towards low income poc. So beware!

I enjoyed living in this apartment complex for the last few years. It is quiet, and the 415 bus line stop is within 3min distance walk. What made the living experience great here is the respect, professionalism and kindness of the Residential Manager, Stacey. Both Stacey and Noel, are dependable, responsive, and helpful. They are always able to respond to any inquires immediately and make sure that tenants have a safe and enjoyable stay. Thank you so much!

No even a week and I am moving out. Safe yourselves some peace of mine and go somewhere else.
