John Gatto is the worst. Constantly tries to change the contractual terms in an attempt to obtain free services. If not given his way, the contract (which he either doesn’t read or lacks the ability to comprehend) won’t matter - he will throw what can only be described as an adult tantrum threatening to leave poor reviews as if his opinion will actually matter to other clientele.
