Management is horrible. We haven't had hot water in one of our bathrooms for 3 months and the office refuses to return our calls
poor management, pools are not well maintained or heated. excessive noise disturbance by landscaping or facilities. facilities don't respect business hours. will start roof repairs at 5am without notice.
RecommendedMy family and I arrived just minutes before closing time and Victoria still made it a point to greet us, sit down with us, take our information in and then scheduled a time for us to come back to view the property. When we returned she showed us all aspects of the property and gave a complete break down of what we would need to do to apply for an apt home in the community. Save your time and money. Hidden fees everywhere and will charge you when the office staff can't do their job right and lose or forget to upload your information. GREYSTAR is notorious for bs fees and horrible property management. They're more focused on outside appearance than their own residents. And if you're disabled; prepare for constant pity parties and looks of sorrow. Crestone and GREYSTAR are 100% disappointments. Disgrace and a shame. Run! Run! I've been living here since April 2016 and am very happy. Whenever I have any issues they are handled in a timely and professional manner. Maintenance staff have always been accommodating to my needs. The dog I had when I moved in had no issue with maintenance entering when I wasn't there. They actually took the time to bond with my dog. My new dog I'm not sure of it's too soon 🙂. I've lived here for a year now and absolutely love it. I started in a one bedroom,which I needed to get into quickly because I didn't have anywhere to stay, they got me in as quick as they could as it was so much more inexpensive then my other apartments I lived at. When family matters came up and I needed to move to a 2 bedroom we were able to do so with no hassle. I love this complex, it's a great neighborhood and a great place to live.
