I’ve been working with Creston at Modern Institution of Recovery, and he has genuinely changed my life. He listens, understands, and helps you break things down in a way that actually makes sense. Every session feels real and meaningful, not just routine. I’ve grown so much mentally and emotionally because of his guidance. My experience at this institute was not great. The therapist I was seeing was April Taylor. I’m not discrediting her education, however she lacks in professionalism. I was seeing her for trauma therapy and she decided that she could no longer work with me. She broke the news to me during email. Which caused an episode of depression. Modern Recovery, LLC has left me permanently scarred, I nearly lost my life and cut contact from my family. I sought out therapy, hoping for support and guidance towards healing. My therapist was Cindy Llora, lmft. Throughout our sessions, Cindy displayed a complete lack of attentiveness and focus when I spoke, forcing me to repeat myself.
