I have lived here for 7 years and I’m thankful to have a place I can call home. We have nice neighbors and there is Bible Study every Wednesday in the Community Room. That is an added blessing. Our manager Alice is a sweet and kind lady. I like to get to know my neighbors and check on them if I haven’t seen them in awhile. You never know when someone may need help. Affordable for needy families and their children, excellent management always willing to help their tenants. Well kept and clean grounds and play grounds especially for their children's. Leaving quarters are spacious and comfortable, maintenance are always on call when in need.
I have lived here on and off since 1983 raised my kids here ect. Always enjoyed living here the manager,Alice Ehlers is amazing along with the maintence crew...to me it's been home for 36 years!!!!
Its a ok place to live...since I need a place. Some strange people here but I can handle it been here a year. So I guess a few more
