04/21/2020 I applied online to rent a house, paid and was waiting for the results. 04/27/2020 There was no answer and I start calling, email business. They continue ignoring. 05/20/2020 I notified business that I submit complaint by email. 05/21/2020 Lisa H************** First time contact me... I set up an automatic payment for my rent to be paid on the 4th of the month. The tenant portal website did not mention that this would result in a late penalty of 10% because it would be one day late. When I brought this to the attention of the manager he has been uninterested in forgiving this mistake and allowing me the opportunity to correct it and has apparently decided to keep the charge.
