They gave me a quote, then called the following Monday telling me I should pay an additional $170 to make sure my vehicle showed up with in 3-5 business days. I asked if I paid the additional money was there a guarantee that it would be delivered in 3-5 days, she said no there are no guarantees. I bought a car from a dealer near Dallas Texas, I live in central Michigan, I called Crestline and they were friendly and gave me a price I thought was good and I gave them the info they needed. A few days later they said car was picked up and about when to expect it. A couple days later truck driver called and said later in day, then called again with about 1 hr. notice. Had car 6 days after first call. I thought they were friendly and easy to deal with.
I have been using Crestline Auto Transport on and off for five years. I have long wanted to write this review but now that I no longer use them out of 30+ vehicles I can honestly say I gave them MORE than enough chances. I'm a licensed dealer based in Dallas and have ran out of patience with them. Save yourself a lot of time, frustration, money and headache by NOT choosing them.
