I’m a longtime Marriott Bonvoy Member, and this Courtyard Marriott on Butler Boulevard is an embarrassment to the brand. I booked for three nights but checked out after one. Room 423 was filthy — stains, bugs, mold, and a terrible smell. I woke up with bug bites that sent me to urgent care. When I reported it, staff moved me to another dirty room and never followed up. Very clean, but no more breakfast and coffee early in the morning.
We stayed for a figure skating competition and this location was perfect. It's less than 10 minutes to the Igloo and has a Cracker Barrel right next to it. They were friendly and helpful, offer 24 hour snacks and beverages plus a restaurant and bar area in the hotel. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a door separating the sink and vanity area so 2 people could get ready at the same time.
