Couches could use replacing other than that my room was clean .
The hotel was clean, and staff were very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend!
I travel accross the country for work all the time and ive stayed at many courtyard by marriott hotels. My stay here was very pleasant but Ms Lashunda in Jacksonville was pleasant however, Mrs. Lashunda at the Bistro made it amazing. She is a kind and wonderful person. From day 1 she made me feel like a VIP and by day 2 she already knew what I liked and was very attentive. The Marriott needs mere people like her and are fortunate to have her on the team. The first room we checked into wasn’t cooling, so I stopped by the front desk to ask if someone could come take a look at it. Faith was the one working at the front desk and offered us a room move instead. She offered such a quick solution and we really appreciate it! She was great and we are super comfortable in our new room!!!
