Checked in and everything went smoothly. Faith at the front desk is a sweetheart. Sad that u can't good customer service like that everywhere. Keep up the good work, Faith
No breakfast. They do have a restaurant/little bar in the lobby. The prices are reasonable. Also, Cracker Barrel is just steps away.
Poor climate control in the room I had, it smelled like a dirty fish tank because of all the mildew. Furniture is also very basic, only two drawers in the whole room. Room wasn't thoroughly cleaned either. There are places to eat very close though.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS. Got to the hotel at 11PM to check into our room that we booked AHEAD OF TIME. Got to the desk and the front desk associate informed us that our room was sold out. Only thing she could offer us was a downgrade. Meanwhile while trying to deal with that, there was a belligerent couple sitting in the lobby that she had to literally raise her voice at and then they got into a screaming match.
