I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Butler Blvd, and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel staff was wonderful—everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really made a positive impression. That said, there are a few areas that could use some improvement.
