During my stay, we as family experienced THE MOST annoying stays by far from any MARRIOTT i've ever stayed in. Unfortunately the staff allowed the HOCKEY TEAM that were there for that weekend as well do whatever they wanted to do. the kids were playing hockey in the lobby with their sticks and balls as if they were on the practice field. balls were flying everywhere.. I am a Marriott Platinum elite member who stays frequently at hotels. I stayed here for one night, and left incredibly disappointed by the atittude and poor hospitality of two staff members - who did not honour the clearly defined breakfast amenity for platinum elite and above members. The morning staff refused to allow me to use the two issued breakfast vouchers and were extremely standoffish. Stayed here for 5 nights. Military friendly. Excellent house keeping service. Excellent staff (always greeted with a smile) Cozy rooms (upgrade) and balcony. I really like this hotel and will keep it in mind for future business related trips. There are a ton of places to eat that are a 3 min drive or 10 min walk away which was helpful after a long work day.
