This property is terrible! I can’t until my lease is up. The hot water is always out. There are several vacant apartments that keep getting broken into and management is to cheap call locksmith to repair the doors. The leasing office is only open Monday through Friday until 5pm. They are terrible at responding to tenants. There are not enough maintenance staff for the property. Only 2 maintenance people for 389 units. If you love your kids and yourself please don't move here... This is the worst place in Laurel to live... I want out my lease... Ppl in the office are full of it .. u can't apologize for a messed up community and have your hand out for money... They need to pay ppl to live here.. PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE
