We moved here three months ago. We were shocked to hear that our house in which we paid a ridiculous amount for was done early. That should have been the first red flag…without dragging this out, DR Horton spends the least amount of money to build these homes. They are cheaply built and slapped together. If you have the option, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I could go on and bore people with the list of things that are still wrong with our home. These people were extremely unprofessional and had horrible communication with us. It’s almost as if they went out of their way to make everything as difficult as possible. They didn’t want to uphold their end of the contract and getting any warranty or 1yr inspection work done required pulling teeth. They treated us like a nuisance and wouldn’t work with us until we filed an ROC complaint against them for all the issues we were having and them ghosting us.
