I’ve never experienced such unprofessional people. I applied for five properties so $200 in application fees, half of them became rented immediately after putting in my application, the others I never received a call back about. They said I can’t get my fees back. That’s not good enough. I have to call maintenance to get a hold of anyone and it’s a foreigner that will tell me “they will call me back about rentals” Never call.
