If you are thinking of moving into the Crestbrook Apartments I would seriously reconsider. *The pool has been closed due to no maintenance. *They deleted many maintenance requests about having termites/carpenter ants in a bathroom and have taken 0 action. *I have 6 maintenance requests that they have taken 0 action on. *They moved a washer/dryer into my apartment and had to take the trim off to get it in. I sincerely hate to write this review but I would not recommend these apartments and caution anyone who might want to move here. I have lived here for many years and within the past few months alone it has gone severely downhill. We have had at least 3 or 4 different managers/assistant managers come and go within the last year. We also apparently have maintenance shortages. I moved in in 2024 and the office ladies were AMAZING. Recently they have been bought by a new company. I don't have a washer/dryer and that wasn't a big deal until recently they started charging $5 just to put money on my account to do laundry in the laundromat here. I called and said I'd like to move to another unit with a washer/dryer and hardwood floors.
