this place is kinda run down but clean, mostley concrete no trees its just one moble home after another.

I have lived at Cresta Mobile Park since 2016. I have witnessed the owners and management of this park ignoring the health, safety and welfare of the senior citizens who live here. To begin with, there is a constant problem with the homeless here. They come in this park easily from 190th Street , and especially at night and on the weekends. They bring drugs and stolen property with them and break into vacant homes and the laundry room belonging to the park.
