I have lived at Cresta Mobile Park since 2016. I have witnessed the owners and management of this park ignoring the health, safety and welfare of the senior citizens who live here. To begin with, there is a constant problem with the homeless here. They come in this park easily from 190th Street , and especially at night and on the weekends. They bring drugs and stolen property with them and break into vacant homes and the laundry room belonging to the park. I’ve lived at Cresta for 5 years and have never had anything stolen from my yard or home. I’ve been very happy here. I have never been afraid or scared here and I have made many friends in the park . The majority of the people who live here are very nice people. Of course where ever you live you are apt to run into a couple of people who are in need of help . Whether it’s addiction, alcohol or mental health . I planned on staying here until I died but things change and I will be moving to follow my grandkids. I will miss all... read more
The owners and management company of Cresta Mobile Park ignore our safety, health and welfare. They also violate building codes. They don't care about the senior citizens who live here. To begin with, there is NO security system here. Even the police, who are here constantly, have told the management that security is needed here, especially since this park is located on a main street 190th Street.
