I lived at Crest Villa for 2 years. If I could continue living there, I would in a heartbeat. After 30 moves over the last 30 years, I have never lived somewhere so well kept and attended. Emilee is a rockstar! She responds quickly to maintenance requests or any concerns you have. The maintenance man is careful and genuinely cares about the work he’s doing. The Property Manager (Emilee) was always available and willing to promptly address any tenant needs. If she couldn’t fix something (she was quite handy), she was always quick to contact someone who could resolve any issues. Emilee worked to maintain a safe and respectful living area at Crest Villa. She was very warm and welcoming, as well! Crest Villa is a good option to consider if you’re in between living arrangements, as it is month-to-month. Crest Villa has a wonderful feel to it. It's definitely older, and has 'character.' I have lived here almost 5 years and also appreciate Emily's, the manager's, beautification touches and positive attitude. She also has kept it a safe, clean, quiet (no loud partiers) community. What I am super dooper appreciative about, is that the longer you live here, the less your rent goes up. Whoever the owner is, thank you for being conscious and caring about us long term, committed folk ar Crest Villa. It's a great place to live!

We moved in when the old landlord was there. She wasn't very personable and didn't keep on top of maintaining the buildings. The current manager is named Emilee and she is great! Whenever we had an issue she kept us informed on how they would fix it and genuinely cared about our needs getting addressed. We recently had to move to a new state, and communicating with her about our move was a pleasure. She's also super friendly and you can tell she is doing a lot to freshen up the place.
