Emilee has to be one of the best property managers we've ever dealt with. And one of the sweetest souls in the world. The property is beautiful all over. Never had an issue that wasn't promptly handled. And I can't think of if we had any. Couldn't be happier with the 5 years we spent there. We were sad to go but needed a larger place. Don't miss out if there's vacancy! Emilee is awesome!
I lived at Crest Villa for 2 years. If I could continue living there, I would in a heartbeat. After 30 moves over the last 30 years, I have never lived somewhere so well kept and attended. Emilee is a rockstar! She responds quickly to maintenance requests or any concerns you have. The maintenance man is careful and genuinely cares about the work he’s doing. The Property Manager (Emilee) was always available and willing to promptly address any tenant needs. If she couldn’t fix something (she was quite handy), she was always quick to contact someone who could resolve any issues. Emilee worked to maintain a safe and respectful living area at Crest Villa. Crest Villa has a wonderful feel to it. It's definitely older, and has 'character.' I have lived here almost 5 years and also appreciate Emily's, the manager's, beautification touches and positive attitude. She also has kept it a safe, clean, quiet (no loud partiers) community. What I am super dooper appreciative about, is that the longer you live here, the less your rent goes up. Whoever the owner is, thank you for being conscious and caring about us long term, committed folk ar Crest Villa. It's a great place to live!
