Slum landlords. Once you move in they don’t care about your maintenance issues. Made my kids and I live in a condo with a broken AC unit. Had to pay over $500 a month in SRP to keep the air at 79. That’s the lowest it would go and they refused to fix the unit until until it finally went completely out and my family was displaced. Then they got the keys back with my forwarding address and never sent back my deposit. Waited until middle of April to try to say they sent it to an old address that I never even provided them. They had the info but sent it to the wrong place. The manager Euphemia is impossible to work with. You try to contact her about issues and be nice and she is so rude and disrespectful. Takes everything personally. I ask her to see when the AC vendor would be out and she told me not to tell her how to do her job. But she wasn’t doing anything at all besides having an attitude!
