We contracted with Crest to install laundry hookups, including a gas dryer, in our basement and to remove the old ones from the kitchen. The owner came out to give us an estimate and he was really nice and honest about pricing and we were given the opportunity to purchase some of our own parts, which we ultimately didn't do. I encountered a compound plumbing problem in a summer cottage last week, and I was unable to turn on the water supply to the cottage. I called Crest for some emergency assistance, and their quick response helped me resolve the smaller problem on my own. But the next morning's daylight revealed the broken pipes and the need for professional repairs.
