Left my drivers licence when I checked out at 9am. Came back 30 minutes later to ask if it was found in room or if it was at reception. Reception and house keeping both said it wasn’t there. I called again the hotel later in the day and they now had it. They said they tried to call me and left a voicemail, which I never received. When I arrived again to the hotel I asked where it was found and reception just said “I came back to reception and just found it on the side” then laughed.
