Crest Manor Living & Rehabilitation Center is part of the highly respected Bartholomew Health Care Group. We are a family owned operation and have been for over forty years. Julia & Alan Bartholomew began operations in 1955 with three small Skilled Nursing Facility's located in the city of Rochester. In 1963, Julia & Alan's son A. John Bartholomew, Sr. assumed the role of CEO and with the help of his sisters, Helen & Jill built Crest Manor in 1972.
