I turned in my loaner today and left my glasses by mistake. Demetrius from the service department found them after searching diligently. Since I live so far from the dealership he offered to meet me in my city so I wouldn’t have to drive. He told me he’d be at Dollar General at 7:00 and he was there on time! He’d taken the time to bubble wrap my glasses and placed them in an envelope so they wouldn’t break!!!!! That’s 100 percent above customer satisfaction!!!! Thanks so much Demetrius!
A gentlemen purchased a new Lincoln Navigator. Top of the line, gorgeous, pays cash.. Other than the beauty of this vehicle it cannot be driven due to the unpredictable reliability. The vehicle has only 5000 miles on it. The vehicle has been in the Crest dealer 4 times for the same issue. Last week the dealership was returning the vehicle to the customer and the same problem occurred again while returning the vehicle. Crest Lincoln Service, specifically by Bob Elliott, the Service Director, was exceptional! Another Lincoln service was unable to correct a problem as they would not listen to my suspicion that the battery needed replacement. Bob did have the battery replaced and so far the problem has been solved!
