I really can't comment on the folks at the dealership, everyone I spoke to seemed to be nice enough. I tried to go see the car on a Thursday, but while I was on my way there I received a text that the car was gone. This can happen, so I was unhappy but I understood. I got a text the next day that the car was still available so I made arraignments to go out as soon as I could. The dealership responded to me right away and my salesman Dan has been great with following up with me about coming in for a test drive. Also, Dan has been very patient with me in the process of purchasing the of vehicle of interest.
Met with Miles, a very knowledgeable sales representative. He was helpful, not aggressive. We will talk again next week.
Shawn was awesome. We were looking at a MKC, he answered all our questions, and always made time for me. He showed us a few different options, all nice vehicles.Unfortunately our teenaged kids didn't fit in the back seat. We started looking for an MKX, and he just took a nicely equipped MKX.
