After some research, we landed on Crest. With the initial consultation providing a framework which was unfortunately a bit limited on our side of things to give Soraya something to start with. At the initial appointment with her she graciously and patiently helped us by explaining the entire process and different qualities of the stones (grade, lab vs natural etc). Despite it being a very busy season, he took my situation into full consideration and provided excellent service and results. I am truly grateful to Hanif for his dedication. I have visited many jewelry stores, but without a doubt, this was the best among them. I was especially impressed by the care and delicacy with which my ring was handled.
