Cancelled my policy without any notice, said they sent multiple letters which they didn't. My insurance was paid through escrow and the mortgage company changed. Apparently its illegal for them to email or call you and let you know that you have missed a payment. This conveniently allowed them to not renew my policy. Don't trust these snakes.
