He was good at replying to my emails until it came down to him needing to do something, then all communication seased and he never did what he told me he would do. My experience with Cinncinnati and Ricthie Martinez has been and continues to be excellent!! Ritchie is extremely helpful and truly cares. This is quite unusual these days. I recommend Cinncinnati to everyone and cannot thank Ritchie enough for his help and honest sense of caring!
