The crest Hollow always delivers – it is the only place on Long Island that can accommodate a group like we had last night – they allowed us to use every room to get our models ready to get ourselves ready and to put on one of the biggest show Long Island has ever seen to support cancer care – the crest Hollow cares and that’s why we will never stray from this catering facility-food amazing staff outstanding!

The building, the rooms were all very luxurious, a very high-end experience. the food was extraordinary. Great choices of vegetarian or meat dishes and a seafood paella. I was very impressed by the experience at Crest Hollow.
