Luke’s customer service was IMPECCABLE. As first time home owners, we had no idea what to expect when our roof was damaged by hail. He was there every step of the way, explained everything in detail that we could understand, even came out again to sit with us to go over insurance stuff so we were 100% confident with what was going to happen. Our roof and gutters look lovely. Our project manager, Conner Sellars, was thorough, patient, and easy to work with. He answered questions and concerns I had and worked extremely closely with our insurance company (so we didn't have to argue with them!). Whenever one of his team accident nicked a pipe in the ceiling, he had some of his men investigate then contacted a plumber for us, so the problem could be addressed immediately.
