Since you asked me to review you Crest Honda... I brought in our van for a recall on my birthday nearly two weeks ago, and they said I would get a free rental car. It was a scam, and was charged "accidentally ". They said I would be refunded, but cannot figure out how to do it. I have to go to my bank fraud department now. Do not trust Crest Honda!
All of the personnel are friendly and courteous. I like that I was given a choice about the servicing on my CRV and that the staff was willing to work with me. VERY satisfied. Little notes - loved the car wash, popcorn in the comfortable waiting room, clean restrooms, and the environmentally conscientious linguine coffee straws - genius !!!!
Once again, Crest Honda has impressed me! They were able to fix a problem I had no clue what to do about in about an hour, and they provided that service free of charge AND washed my car. I can’t recommend them enough!
