The service advisor is amazing. Unfortunately the vehicle has issues so it has to go back to the dealership for more work.

We had an unexpected 'steering assist is reduced' message appear on our XT5 dashboard. I brought the vehicle in immediately and was lucky to get Arman as our advisor there. He had the issue diagnosed within minutes and arranged for a repair covered by the power train warrenty. The work was carried out that same day. I always have a reasonable service at Crest, but this time it was excellent thanks to Arman
