I just want to give a shoutout to this company because they always answer my questions and are willing to work with you. Response times are great and if anything needs to be fixed they always handle it. Shoutout to Colin,Jorge, and Ernie for all the help!
No one answers the phones…EVER
I had an appointment to view an apartment but nobody showed up nor answered the phone,
Margaret and the rest of the staff over in the office are very helpful and understanding of every situation! They are the best management staff anyone could ever have thanks!!!!
My boyfriend scheduled a showing with them at 6:30 today on 111th and nobody ever showed up, after they confirmed the appointment with him 3 times. Trash company, don’t go through them, wasting peoples time is so disrespectful. Thank god we didn’t give them any money for an application fee because they’re obviously scamming people, like most management companies do.
