Booked a tour of a rental and ran 3 minutes late. An automated system is used to make and confirm tours, so when i text the number, it provided to realtor number with whom i would meet. I called him 3 times and text 5 minutes before to let him know I wasn't far away. We I was pulling up, i saw him go into the apartment with another potential renter. I am writing this to warn anyone looking for a peaceful or professionally managed home. This complex has fallen into complete disarray, and management's lack of communication is staggering. There was a dryer fire in the building that forced a evacuation. Seeing the fire department on-site because of poorly maintained equipment is a terrifying experience. There is zero security. Horrible roach infestations they illegally changed the locks while i was at the hospital with my children and are harassing me through fake emergency maintenence issues and involving the police units are small if your property is damaged they will refuse to give you video footage selective enforcement of rules that change like the wind... renters beware non working stove and oven due to gas leak for 6 months
I’ve always had a great experience with their maintenance service, they’re always quick to arrive and incredibly helpful. The management team truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of! There are no surprise fees, and they’re always ready to help without anything even changing a lightbulb. I truly love living with such a positive and helpful company, it’s truly a blessing. Calling them understanding is an understatement!
