Zero stars actually I had appointment today due to a lapse in judgment and giving this horrible place another try. (*Better sales and service in Canandaigua where I ended up purchasing my Cadillac after yet another awful experience with Crest) I had an appointment at 8 AM and dropped my car off but heard nothing all day. Purchased a used 2020 XT4. I’ve had the car less than 5 months now and the front struts need to be replaced. My initial contact with the dealer was not the best, however the dealer has now reached backed out to me and has made arrangements to correct this problem. I’ve have never had a dealer come back and say hey we don’t feel good about how this went and we want to make it right. Purchased a used 2020 XT4. I’ve had the car less than 5 months and have had two issues. Neither of which the dealership offered any assistance for the repair. The latest is bad struts the problem began in April just 2 months in to owning it, here we are in July. The dealer wants well over a $1000 for the repair. Didn’t expect the repairs would be free, although they should have been, but the dealer offered nothing. I would not recommend Crest Cadillac for anything.
You will buy a vehicle from them and you will be constantly having to take the car back to them. I went back multiple times for my suspension the bushings being the problem. I have been back multiple times and the problem is still there. It has been a constant headache since. 10/10 one of worst dealerships to get a car especially cadillac
Had an oil change and tire rotation done. Quick and easy. Service was great. I will be returning. Rob and Sean were great. Thank you Crest
