Recently had service done at Crest Cadillac on my 2004 Acura MDX. No problem with the car, it has been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Just routine maintenance . What impressed me about Crest Cadillac from start to finish is how easy it was to schedule the appointment online. A few emails back and forth and that was it. I shared my previous and current experience on the Crest-Acura website when it should have initially been on the Cadillac website. My very first service experience was good, now a month later another issue. I had my Cadillac for a year now. My dream car, used, but new to me! Well now my vehicle isn’t drivable, it shuts off, stutters to go in reverse , backfires. 6/5/26 Additional Review: We dropped our Escalade off at the end of March for an issue with the adaptive cruise control. They initially had issues getting in touch with our warranty company but we were able to get that resolved and the new part was ordered around mid-April. Fast forward to now and they STILL have our vehicle and now claim that when the tech brought it in to work on the adaptive cruise that a camera failed and the car was having issues with the anti-theft that would require additional parts.
