Very cordial. Did a great job for what I bring bought vehicle to Crest for (oil change). However ur mechanics should be more observant to vehicle needs, other than why vehicle is at Crest. On way home my attention was drawn to my windshield. At close glance I noticed my vehicle yearly inspection had expired in March2025. Ur mechanics should be programmed to do a quick "glance over" while a vehicle is in their cognizant. I had to take vehicle to another inspection shop at an open time frame inconvenient to me.
Service was great, but they were very busy and I ended up waiting for a job which should have taken at most an hour. Went to Creat with my Lyriq. They installed the software for the garage door opener and gave me instructions to install it later at home. Service was fast they were kind enough to fit me in though I showed up a day early. They were really great about the mix up on my part.
Very easy process, trading and buying our car. Bryce Guernsey was great! Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.
Great experience, Alex was very helpful and made the buying process hassle free
Customer service is wonderful with Vinne and Rob with my 2021 XT5 Cadillac. My salesperson Bryce Guernsey is always there for me on delivery a red Cadillac. Thank you, very much!
