I will NEVER again go to or recommend Crest Cadillac in Syracuse. I was notified of a potential recall on my SUV so I called and spoke with someone to schedule a service appointment. I got a reminder of said appointment. Show up the morning of my appointment to a completely empty dealership. Not a single person around. I was also getting my NYS inspection done and did not feel comfortable driving my car so I left the car at the dealership. Great service. Everyone is extremely helpful with any service I have had.
The staff we encountered were very friendly, and professional. We were kept abreast of our repair and cost with very timely communications. When we received our bill, it was a pleasant surprise to find it was slightly lower than expected. We had several issues with our Escalade, when we picked up the vehicle, both issues had been resolved.
