Purchased my third Cadillac from Crest. Then a wonderful dealer. Sonic Automotive purchased about two years ago. The dealer went downhill very quickly. Needed warranty service recently, I called the dealership to find they had dropped Cadillac. No warning, no explanation. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, SERVICE CENTER ARE ALL LIARS!!!! They have had my car in the collision center for over 2 months now and still have not ordered parts, completed the things they have started and received the parts and refuse to give a loaner vehicle, or help pay for a rental. I have tried to speak with the manager and adjuster on this subject many many times and have not had any responses as to why it is taking so long.
