Crest Cadillac at first seemed like a great place but that aside They sold me a car advertised as having been in no accidents, but it was, then they said they’d buy it back but didn’t really want to so they then offered to fix it properly (. You could see runs in the paint under certain light and the truck was shedding broken glass inside from a previously smashed side and or rear window. ) They reimbursed me 600.00 which I had spent on fixing the wheels myself, and then were supposed to replace and oaint corrent all traces ... read more

I hate taking my car in for service at this dealership- I feel there are always issues when I book with them. The latest is a miscommunication that wasted 1.5 hours of my morning because the agent that booked my service did not delay my booking for a loaner vehicle; after which, my service on my car then had to be delayed because I need a loaner vehicle. Granddaughter: “My family has had an awful experience with this dealership. My elderly grandmother made a mistake in visiting this dealership by herself back in August. The salesperson took advantage of her and used predatory sales tactics to convince her to buy a car she couldn’t afford, then tacked $7k of overlapping and unnecessary maintenance coverage on to her purchase...after CHARGING her almost $5K to trade in her leased low mileage vehicle that still had 2 years on the lease. Bought a used escalade with 39k miles. Right when i drove car off lot tire light were going off. Could not keep air in tires. Had to buy new tires next day. They would not work on trade with the kelly blue book value. Posted my car i traded for 10k what the offered me trade. I trusted their name and brand. They ripped me off. Shame on me.

I’ve had good experiences in the past but not recently. I made my first call to Crest over 3 weeks ago to schedule maintenance on my car and was told I would be getting a call soon to schedule. Got the call, missed it due to work, called back and nothing. Called again and again and finally (after venting my frustration that nobody would ever call me back) was promised I would be receiving a call in 30 minutes. AVOID CREST!!! They sold me a truck that had a replacement tail light in it. I did not know it at the time. I called Crest to schedule service In the spring/summer and they said I should reschedule later, they were short staffed and busy. So, I finally scheduled through a local Ford dealership due to blind spot sensors being on. I had purchased an extended warranty through MPP. MPP said Crest should have disclosed the replacement light and the replacement voided warranty coverage. I called and attempted to schedule service t... read more

The keyfob in the ignition was missing the back and the other has a dead battery. No one will return my call or fix it. I couldn’t have discovered this until I removed the key from the ignition. I came to the dealer to buy and they added “dealer add ons” of $1,316 to the online price. Felix claimed it was for an “extra” key fob and window tinting. Both fobs were obviously original and the receipt for the window tinting dated 2013 was in the glove box. I should get two working key fobs!
