Crest Cadillac at first seemed like a great place but that aside They sold me a car advertised as having been in no accidents, but it was, then they said they’d buy it back but didn’t really want to so they then offered to fix it properly (. I hate taking my car in for service at this dealership- I feel there are always issues when I book with them. The latest is a miscommunication that wasted 1.5 hours of my morning because the agent that booked my service did not delay my booking for a loaner vehicle; after which, my service on my car then had to be delayed because I need a loaner vehicle.
