Overall, I was very happy with the sales process and the professionalism of the staff while I was purchasing the car. However, the service was not so great when I tried to get them to help me with a minor issue involving my key fobs. My salesperson wouldn't call me back, so I went to her boss, the pre-owned car manager. Two phone messages later, no response. Refrain from entrusting your Cadillac to their collision center for repairs. They consistently fail to provide transparent explanations for delays. Upon returning my vehicle, it was still in a state of disrepair, and the tires I had paid for were not installed. Furthermore, they misplaced the lug nut key. Don’t buy from Andy Ochoa at Earnheart Chandler AZ. Terrible customer service. Your company lost a part. (Wheel locker) Then; Didn’t complete a service. My wife and I were in the market for a new Cadillac. We found a "gently used" 2025 XT6 Premium (Platium Package) at Jim Shorkey Cadillac.
