The apartments are not that bad,maintanence is quick to fix any problems that might occur, but the management is a joke!!!!!!!!!!!Trust me, if you have to move in to a apartment, please do not move into crestbutte. My son lived there for two years, his rent was always paid on time, no problem. But when he had to move because of economic reasons, the management did nothng but lie and cheat him.My son stayed until his lease was up, management did not do a walk through with him, but phoned him and said the apartment was cleaner... read more

What ever you do, find a different place. These apartments are okay yes, but the landlord is not.
the apartments have been taken over by new owners and they are fixed up real nice they also are still low income and they have a new manager. she works really hard to help you and is willing to help everyone. I hope to move back in soon
