I'm a first time Ford owner (pre-owned) and needed a place to take my Escape. I've been to Crest a couple of times now. I'm very, very happy with the service and staff. Work is done on time. Everyone is a pleasure to talk to. Facility is clean and comfortable while you wait. I'm glad I started taking my car here.
