I had a great experience moving into Crest at Las Colinas. From start to finish, the process was smooth and welcoming. A huge shout-out to Demetrice, from the leasing office, who was incredibly nice, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, made sure everything was clearly explained, and helped make the move-in experience stress-free. Everything in this property is good, except, it's always a gamble whether we're going to sleep peacefully or music from the stereo system just going to start blasting like crazy in the middle of the night. We've tried addressing this dozens of times but the management says they'll do something about it but never do, and I'm absolutely sick of it. I'm not even sure if this review will get the message across. I would give this property 4 or 5 stars, but constantly compromised sleep is a pretty big reason to bring it down to 2.... read more
I renewed my lease 2 times here. Pros: Not as expensive compared to other apartments ( with multi level garage parking) in this area. Fetch app for delivery packages Lake Carolyn and great trails for walking. Maintenance requests resolved on same day. Never had issues with Internet and cable provided Cons: Didn’t receive a clean unit when I initially moved in
I’ve had an amazing experience moving into the Crest at Las Colinas. The staff is incredibly friendly and Demetrice made sure that I had everything I needed to complete my move in. I am new to the area and she was helpful in pointing me in the right direction to help find the amenities that I would need to get settled in. Very nice and quiet community to live in.
