Update- It’s been a year since my last review and I wanted to edit it and say that the management found more cleaning staff and it’s doing much better with the pest control. Every once in a while we find something outside at the dog park at night but it’s not even often anymore and we found all the areas that needed to be sealed inside of our apartment. Treese and Jay were both so sweet and amazing during my time at Crest! Would definitely recommend touring with them!
This has been one of the best communities I have lived in. Any maintenance issues that we have had have always been resolved with urgency. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. One person in particular I want to mention is the property manager Ida. She is so genuine; I can't say enough about her. Last winter when there was a busted pipe and water leaking into our apartment, she came with the maintenance team to check on us. She is active in the building events and engages with the residents. Apartments are nice. Management are a disgrace. Horrible management! They never reply to emails and argue with you when you go down to inquire about a problem that you’ve had. They are a poor management team that I do not recommend dealing with. They will smile and be fake in their kindness but behind the scenes they do not have your best interest at heart. So poor!
When my husband and I moved into this apartment complex, we were beyond excited – we thought we'd found the perfect place in a vibrant new area.
