The tour seemed nice and the leasing staff were friendly but on move in day, they didn’t clean or check the apartment at all before giving me the keys. All the cabinets were damaged and had a bad odor, shelves/and blinds were broken, the stove was damaged, the floors were extremely dirty, and even after mopping they’re still dirty. Could be a nice place but these issues shouldn’t be present at a place this expensive.
I’ve been waiting for months for them to fix this machine, but they never do, and I can’t use it. When will they be able to fix it?
Let me just say leasing specialists, Demetrice, was so wonderful to me today. I came to tour the property but didn’t have an appointment. I was so tired. I had flown in from Atlanta earlier and had been touring apartments all day. Demetrice took the time before her next appointment arrived to show me an apartment and also gave me information on another unit that was coming available. I’ll really appreciate how she took out the time to do that for me! Great customer service!!!
