Fake Reviews Be aware some of the five star ratings on the website are fake. For instance, Ana left a five star rating and said she loved her experience. She failed to disclose she does not live there and that her son, Victor, is a leasing agent at the Louis/RPM Living. It makes you wonder how legitimate and unbiased some of the ratings are. Keep in mind, that the lack of disclosure and fake review is an FTC violation.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If you care about your health and your sanity, please consider carefully before living in this apartment complex. I've had a mold issue for a year now. I first reported it to maintenance in August 2025, and they didn't do the proper assessment. I kept asking them to do the proper assessment and they refused. I absolutely would not recommend this apartment complex. The building was recently purchased by RPM Living, and I have to say, the new management is awful. Management never responds to emails, and they are attempting to impose new rules that have never been outlined in the lease or even sent out to anyone in the past. I do not get the impression that management cares at all for the tenants living here, and I plan to move out the moment my lease ends. I’ve had a really positive experience at The Louis so far. From the very beginning, my move-in process was seamless, organized, and much less stressful than I expected. Demetrice, Danielle, and Krystal have all been wonderful to work with. Everyone on the management team has been friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
