Corporate seriously needs to step in and invest in this community. Tenants are treated as if they should feel lucky to live here, rather than valued residents. The overall hygiene is extremely concerning. The smell alone can make you feel sick, and there are visible garbage throughout both the exterior and interior of the building. Maintenance is clearly lacking doors that are used daily are nearly broken, and elevators, gates, and entry doors are frequently out of service. Very thankful for Trice in the leasing office! She was so nice and helpful when I reached out for assistance. I needed to upgrade in the building for more space and she took care of my lease transfer and made it so easy on me and answered all my questions with a smile. She is the best!
recently had the pleasure of touring The Crest at Las Colinas with Demetrice as my leasing agent this past Monday , and I can honestly say she made the entire experience outstanding. The location and pricing are definite perks, but that’s where the positives end. The property consistently smells awful, there are roaches, broken doors, a malfunctioning garage, and the elevator has been out for nearly three weeks. The internet is BAD, and the leasing staff is only friendly until you sign, after that, expect poor attitude and little support. I would not recommend moving into this complex.
I toured all the apartments in the surrounding areas and the one that stood out the most was not so much because of the apts but the front desk staff. Demetrice was EVERYTHING! She was bubbly and sweet from the moment l walked in. She answered every question, and had excitement showing me the units. We missed out on the one we wanted with the views so l popped up the next day and she had no problem showing me another one, she just has really great customer service and made me feel really comfortable with such a stressful pro... read more
