The spaces are extremely small, about the size of a Super 8 or Motel 6 room. Theyr roughly 300 sq ft, which is divided into two rooms to create a "one bedroom". Even with utils included, the price is a rip off (when I moved out I found a nice 2000 sq ft house in a comparable neighborhood for only \$150 more a month). The walls are so thin you can literally hear your neighbors urinate...unless the train is going by, in which case you cant hear yourself scream.
